The Natural Beauty Movement was founded by Amina Leelo Weewo and Francesca Giobbi, two women connected through Finnish culture and driven by the pursuit of longevity with quality of life and a natural appearance.

  • Amina Leelo Weewo: A Finnish professional living in Bahrain, specialising in commercial integration and understanding the needs of women in being, having and caring.
  • Francesca Giobbi: An Italo-Brazilian residing in Helsinki, with vast experience in international trade and a profound understanding of global business dynamics.

Throughout their personal and professional journeys, they realised that focusing on just one aspect of life—whether aesthetics, finances, family, emotions, the mind, or the physical body—is not enough. Achieving a full and integrated life requires balance across all these dimensions. This understanding became the foundation of the Natural Beauty Movement, promoting a holistic and sustainable lifestyle.

Meet the Founders

Amina Leelo Weewo

Amina Leelo, a Finnish professional residing in Bahrain for over 14 years, is fluent in Finnish, Russian and English. With more than 30 years of experience in high-profile tourism and events, Amina has dedicated her career to empowering entrepreneurial women worldwide.

As the Director of Stella Polare Events, she is responsible for organising the Women Economic Forum (WEF) for GCC countries and leading the Stella Women Around the World initiative.

Amina’s life mission is to unite female talent to foster local community development, focusing on longevity and quality of life. Her work bridges cultures and creates platforms for collaboration, innovation and meaningful impact across the globe.

Francesca Giobbi

Francesca  is an Italo-Brazilian entrepreneur and visionary leader based in Helsinki, Finland. With over 30 years of experience in the global luxury market, Francesca has collaborated with iconic brands such as Prada, Gucci, and Versace, driving international business across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

Founder of the Freedom eE Productivity Exchange and the Natural Beauty Movement, Francesca is dedicated to fostering longevity with quality of life through sustainable and ethical practices. Her mission is to connect scientists, entrepreneurs, opinion makers and investors to create a balanced global economy that integrates health, well-being and commercial growth.
